Celebrating achievements
Celebrating HSE Excellence
A Token of Appreciation ceremony recognised the DAR HSE Officers for their outstanding 2025 performance. Against a Lost Time Injury target of 1.9, the team achieved an exceptional 0.85 — a milestone reflecting a strong, proactive safety culture. HR Director Mr. Hassan G. Dewji delivered an inspiring address on safety and continuous improvement.
Our GDP 2024/2025 Graduates
We marked the completion of our Graduate Development Programme — a year of growth, learning and achievement. Over 12 months, graduates gained hands-on experience across functions, developing technical capability and professional confidence. Celebrated alongside our partners AIESEC Tanzania, each graduate received certificates and tokens of appreciation.

The first quarter of 2026 has been a powerhouse of development. Over 520 employees have already been upskilled across operations, sales, finance and safety.

Corporate Social Responsibility
Supporting education at Jagwani Secondary School
We believe in giving back — not just through our work, but by empowering our employees to make a difference firsthand.
Our units at A-One Products and Bottlers and East Coast Oils & Fats distributed exercise books to 500 students at Jagwani Secondary School. By supporting access to essential learning materials, this initiative reflects our continued commitment to empowering students and the communities we serve.
Prioritizing Safety
Health and safety are core to how we operate every day. From continuous hands-on training to emergency preparedness drills, our HSE initiatives protect our people and strengthen our resilience.
